DEA 0745 - Radiology I


This course consists of a study of the principles of radiology, theory, and operation of X-ray equipment, darkroom procedures, film storage, and the hazards and precautions involved in dental radiology. Hands-on experience will be provided exposing, developing and mounting radiographs on mannequins and patients.
Prerequisites: Admission to the Dental Assisting program.
